WOW OKAY finally getting this done and submitted! I've had this nearly ready to upload since December?? I just haven't had time to finish up the written app till now ;A;
BUT YEAH Cortes won a top performer spot in the pet tricks contest back in November, and also won this special puppy as a prize!! I love him so much already?? I'm so excited to draw more of himmm ;;-;;
SUPER HAPPY TO FINALLY HAVE THIS DONE THOUGH... Now I can get to important things for this group >:)c

Basics:
Name: Caesar

Gender: Male

Owner: Cortés

Species: Fluffy Growlithe (shiny)

Ability: Flash Fire

Nature: Jolly

Characteristic: Impetuous and silly

Personality: Caesar is a PERKY LITTLE PUP!! He has a burning love for cuddling and licking faces, it’s hard to stay sad with this mutt around. With a constant dopey smile on his face, Caesar is the life of Cortés’s household, dashing around, pouncing on toys, and gnawing on every belonging in existence (but who could get mad at this sweetie pie?). This fluffball is a bright spot in anybody’s day, even without the shiny sparkles!

History:
Not a lot is known about Caesar’s past. Cortés won the pup from the Pet Tricks Contest! He seems to be in good shape, so his reasoning for being in the shelter is unknown.

Extras:
Loves sharing the joy of his special floof! If somebody around him looks cold or sad, he’ll happily cuddle up like a little fluffy safety blanket
Surprisingly well behaved for a puppy. If he picks up on somebody not liking something he’s done, he’ll stop immediately. All he wants is your approval and love!
LOVES baths and splashing around in shallow water. He may or may not have jumped into Lazarus’s tank a few times already.
He’s taken quite a liking to Cortés’s buddy Lucy . He loves snuggling up with Lucy’s ghosty squishiness (,:
Caesar and Cortés can easily express simple things between each other with various tiny dog noises. Cortés will N O T admit he does this.
