I like the colours in this one more but I'd have to say I preferred the other one better. Perhaps more should have been made of the shadowed figure in this one as you can't make it out quite as well as with the last one.

Great use of the fence, there. The colors of the long exposure are pretty nice, but it's the capture of the fence that really sets it apart from many other "look at this picture of the street!" shots.
