Cookie is a Looney Tunes rip-off character of Max Fleischer's iconic Betty Boop. She's a redhead just like Betty Boop originally was.The only major difference is that Cookie wears green. In this colorized image Cookie has Betty's red palette color. When Max Fleischer first saw Cookie and other characters imitating his Betty Boop he was upset.
Cookie was voiced by Betty Boop impersonator Shirley Reid, Dorothy Varden and Berneice Hansell.
