This is postively stunning!! I love how the earing looks so real (and if it is then that would be awesome XD) So....does "scene" mean you're doing a whole bunch of different fruit make-up? That would be awesome and I would definately watch you. If it doesn't....I think it would be cool idea. I can't wait to see what else you come up with!! ^^

That orange slice on the earring hook must be so heavy, it hurts my ears just looking at it

no, actually it wasn't heavy at all (and i am the mdoel so i know what i am talking about 
and i had it in my ear for a few minutes so even it would be heavy, it wouldn't be a real Problem

Gorgeous and very fresh make-up, and the orange slice earring is a really nice touch. I also love the background and the orange nail polish, it completes the portrait wonderfully. And of course, the model and her pose are beautiful. Congratulations on the DD, well deserved!
