Charmsy: Green-Eyed Meowth. Obtained on a gig trying to break up a despite between a gang of Meowths and Skitties.
Delcatty: Obtained from same gig as Charmsy. Evolved on a different gig by playing with a client's Moon Stone.
Glameow: Gift from Father. First Pokemon.
Purrloin: Caught on a random trip to Unova. Most recent catch.
Badges: None
Ribbions: Rock City (Beat Jhon in the finals, first Contest.)
Home Region: 6th gen region
Regions traveled: Kanto, Hoenn, Unova
Job on the Bullet's team: Mr. Negative (The guy who stands around and whines all the time and is generally useless.)
Likes: Cats (Obviously) going to church, talking about his philosophies, competition.
Hates: Not being able to do things, dogs, dog-like Pokemon, Being ignored.
Parents: Janice (Dead, stuck by lightning in a graveyard) Theodore (not sure how to pronounce it) DeVille
Grandparents: Alvin (Alveen)
Relationship with Parents: Janice did everything for him parent-wise, Alvin wasn't really helpful. After Janice's death, father tried to become an alcoholic, but quit when Si started drinking too. Father developed temper problems, and got help when Si turned ten. Si is now the proudest son you can find (Think: "I'm proud of you, son" mentality.) Si E-mails his father often.
Backstory...ish: Si was really stuck up as a kid. He simply thought he was the best person in the universe. His mother wasn't much help, either. She signed him up for everything you could do from 3-9 at night, and made him practice until he got it down perfectly. Si loved it. Since he spent all his time working, he lacked social skills and never had friends until he tried to go on a Pokemon journey with his faithful sidekick, Glameow. It didn't last long before he ran into Seviper and mouthed him off. Si wound up beat up and nearly unconscious by the road where he met the rest of the boys. Sometime later a dirty cop was impressed by Jack's fighting skills and got the boys to stalk/spy on suspected gangs...for a price. Si wanted nothing to do with it, and constantly tried to get the boys to stop because...well it's a bit dangerous, don't ya think? Then the boys decided sitting around was boring and took down known gang members themselves making Si incredibly nervous and turning him into a wreck. When James, Tom and Tommy came around, Si didn't trust them at all since they steal stuff. That's when The Black Bullets formed and everyone vowed only to steal from those who stole first. Now the only thing that keeps Si on the team is the friendship he's formed with the others.
I just wanted to do a quick profile for Simon, for future references. I'll do the others too.
I don't like how his hair came out. The old style is more Pokemonish, so I'll go back to that next time.
But the cats are so cute!

I like the character design and the kitties in the background, you did a really good job with them, especially making them all different. I like the character design too, there are a few anatomical issues as previously stated by other comments but other then those its a solid design. Also, what program do you use? there is a way to make the canvas bigger if you need it, so you don't run out of room.

I use Gimp. No, I don't know if you can make the canvas bigger. I'm not all that skilled at Gimp yet. I suppose I could do some research to see if you can. Thanks for the critique. I do appreciate it.

I love the cats!~
Simon's left shoulder seems a little off, probably more from the folds on the shoulder of the shirt than anything else, but good otherwise. His right arm is too short, you could possibly fix this by extending both his knee and his arm~ Seeing his knee so close in proximity to his chest makes him seem more like he's 7 or 8 instead of 17 or 18~
Other than that, nice work~

He's suppose to be sitting down with one leg up and the other down and sort of leaning with one of his arms, but as usual, I ran out of room.
I had a rough time with his arm and leg, and ended trying to use a reference and the ref ended up looking pretty close to his body like that. But I guess I could try to go in and fix it.
