Description
The final epilogue piece to my Boss Fight series of Zelda 2 The Adventure of Link for NES.Having overcome the final trial against his inner darkness, Link is approached by the Triforce Keeper, who at last deems him worthy and presents to him the Long-Lost Triforce of Courage.
I was originally going to end this series with the Dark Link battle picture, but I threw this epilogue in at the request of fellow Deviant HectorNY .

It was quite an ending for one of the best NES games I've played, even if I've never beaten it on my own.

The hard part is that if his fireballs hit you, they don't do much damage, but they can knock you into the lava for an instant death.

Is there a way to knock the fireballs back at him? I remember using a method like that in one game.

There is a reflect spell (aka the spell used to defeat Carock) but it only works if the shield is already capable of blocking them. I'll have to try it next time I face him.

I finally beat him. Now I just need to brave the Valley of Doom and the Great Temple.
