The NEAR FINAL design of NIGHTMARE OMEGA!...
He seems to look like a comicbook villian in this rough sketch... maybe it's just the way I did the linework... In any case, that will change and he will get that sence of being when I'm completely done the design.
I apologize to anyone if you are sick of all of these "static" character images, but I'm really just trying to get down the full character ideas before I start playing with poses and actions.
Please, my fellow watchers, tell me if i've missed something, or if something is askew. I want to make him PERFECT!

No, it's that you got the name wrong, and that it's more or less a predecessor of the boss enemy... you can make your own, but don't blatantly copy my design.

Interesting design, I like it, well, almost, the legs don't seem to fit very well with his body tho(from his knees down), it would be AWESOME if they were reptile-like(like the the raptors feet), and maybe the head , he doesn't has any eyes or mouth does he :-/, anyway pretty neat as he is/and this way

He's basicly a suit of armor, and, no, if her were reptile like, it would fuck up the design big time... And, no, his helmet has no holes for eyes or a mouth...

I wanted to say that it would be Cooler if he had the legs like Grievous, more bio-mechanical like , actually like a second pair of arms, or with the look of a raports feet, with sharp toes like the fingers/claws from the hand( it would appear more agile, faster & vicious/scarier) and I also wanted to say that if he had some eyes and a mouth it could look neat

Actually, the only thing biological about Grevious is the internal organs that are put on a failing life support system.
And, well, the whole "dinosaur" look is getting old, and it's the slender physique that's supposed to show off the speed, flexability, and agility of Nightmare. And, well, nightmare is already vicious enough with the spikes, the fact that he can still see and smell you with no visible signs of a nose or a pair of eyes, and the fact that he can morph any weapon he desires to turn his opponents to ice dust.

You wanna know the full story of how Nightmare Omega came to be?

Before Configuration:
Mundus, one of the few rulers of demon kind, created a machine to wipe the mortal reality of all life to pave the way for his coming. He developed it so that it would follow his rule, and only his rule, lest the rest of his legion turn against him, like the way his greatest warrior turned against his orders and rebelled his rule.
Mundus sent the machine, Nightmare, forth to make sure that no one would interfere in his arrival to the mortal plane. When a lone man with the blood of a demon stepped in to stop this, Nightmare intercepted him to prevent him from disrupting it's master's plan.
However, when Nightmare fought the lone opponent, it underestimated his powers, and quickly fell into a cold defeat...
Uncovered and Recreation:
The pieces of the defeated Nightmare lay dormant for over 50 years before a group of demons who have long since abandoned the ways of their masters in the underworld. They uncovered each piece, and brought them back to their realm... a place between the mortal reality, and the gates of hell.
Intending on using the machinery to sway the war between the light and the dark in the light's favour, they experimented in their "Netherrealm" on the pieces, developing different sets of weapons capable of massive power.
Nightmare Zeta, with a multi-function grappling system, and ricochet lasers.
Nightmare Epsilon, a blade capable of calling forth a powerful gale of wind to turn anything to ice and obliterate it with a single swing.
Nightmare Theta, a shield of immense fortitude, and a high metabolic recovery rate to repair all damage in a matter of moments.
Nightmare Alpha and Gamma, a twin pair of assault cannons, capable of firing searingly cold blasts and a high rate of fire, allowing for immobilization the halt of entire battalions without using a large amount of energy.
Nightmare Omicron, capable of giving it's wielder rapid healing and regeneration properties
Nightmare Sigma, a chain sickle able to reach to any extention and cut through even the toughest of metals.
Nightmare Omega, a suit of biomechanical armor supposedly capable of enhancing the wearer's attributes, and allowing for transformation or "morphing" abilities...
however, when they created these, and a few other devices, they failed to realize that the more Nightmare there was in concentration in the device, the better it was at becoming and animated object and turning the manipulator/weilder into the manipulated... Nightmare Omega was a good example when they they installed it's final piece, allowing it to awaken, and when it got a hold of Nightmare Omicron, it's morphing ability permanently infused the device into it's system, and it became a rapidly healing biomechanical war machine.
Thankfully, before it could take any other Nightmare devices, one of the developers turned it off with a demo switch, and removed the power core, to keep it from turning back on it's own... but it didn't completely shut down...
Fear of Nightmare returning, they encased Nightmare Omega in a cryogenic pod, in an attempt to slow down it's ever resonating and functioning operating systems, to keep it from planning any escape or to try to manipulate the naive, and sent the other devices to the far corners of the Netherrealm...
They hoped it was enough...
Awakening:
A book that was once lost by a rather powerful legionnaire from the underworld was found by a naive but intelligent boy in the mortal realm on earth. Before he was warned by a friend about the book, he read a random passage out loud, and activated a small spell, but one that would shape his destiny forever.
The spell, though simple, was to pick a random object from an ethereal plane (Heaven, Hell, the Underworld, the Netherrealm, Purgatory, ect), and place it in the realm from where the spell was cast (the mortal realm). The object picked... the room that contained the cryo pod that housed Nightmare Omega, dorment. The spell then sent it randomly to a forgotten warehouse to sit, and wait for fate to step in...
2 years pass since that rather insignificant little incident, and the boy, now in the middle of a grand apocalypse raging in his world, follows his friends to search for a way to stop the destruction upon their home (Earth). Their search brings them to a warehouse where an informant has told them where they had stashed ready to use medical and mechanical assistance supplies in case of massive emergency.
The boy that found the book, that read the passage, that brought a slumbering nightmare to his world, found the cryo pod, and opened it by sheer accident...
... it awoke...
... it began to speak to him...
... it read it's thoughts...
... it read it's desires...
... it read the still glimmering reflection in his eye's... of one of his friends that he loves dearly...
... it promises him to get that love...
... for one... simple... task...
...
... touch the armor...
... and your heart's desire... WILL BE YOURS...

Actually, it will be part of a trilogy... Part 1 (the one i'm working on) is called BLACK METAL. Parts 2 & 3 are called DEATH METAL and POWER METAL respectivly...

Yeah... however, if one were to get though all the paperwork between cartoon network, Maxwell Atoms, and the like, he can make it legal, and be allowed to make a profit off of it (however small...)
