It's the fourth member of Team Blue Squid, Mimi the Sea Otter! This bespectacled buddy uses a rainbow assortment of exploding crayons to take down evil red squids in a flash of color. Mimi was designed by my good friend, Mie Yoshida, and the character is copyrighted to her. The art is by me, and is done in Sonic Adventure style.
