Hello there~ I’m from ‘s weekly comment project!

First thing first… I have to say that really like the light atmosphere in this picture.  It does help give off a sort of a dreamy kind of scene… And with all those tiny fishes that are swimming all over the picture also add in the fantasy feeling to the picture.

I also like the contrast between the blue color of the character in the middle and the red/pink color of the background.  This does help making the character nicely popped out from background~ Character face does looks nice and the headphone is nicely shaded as well

Now… time for nitpicking… The biggest thing here would be the length of the elbow, which seems to be slightly too short (From a quick look… maybe about ¼ head too short).  So I would suggest you practicing drawing body anatomy first.

To help with anime/manga style body anatomy… These tutorial should be able to help you as a quick guideline on both male and female anatomy.  They also comes with different ages, so you can try drawing character of all ages = v =

At first glance, I found myself quite impressed by the overall simplicity and yet implied detail of the entire piece. It is because of this, that I feel the piece is incredibly nice to look at.
To expand on that, I feel you found a pretty good balance between detail and blurred suggestion. I especially like the different variants of how blurred/detailed the fish are, I also really liked how clearly defined the trees are, without being overpowering. Along with this, the little specs of light, and the sections of the tree that are slightly more defined while the sections behind them are blurred out, makes your illustration very nice to the eye, allowing it to wander around the illustration, while never wanting to leave. They make the piece very nice to look at, without detracting from the major subject matter of the piece, which is, of course, the girl. Which brings me to Yang, overall she is quite visually appealing, and nice to look at. Some things that stood out to me are how nicely the light reflects off of her eyes and hair.

That being said, a few things stood out to me about her that I feel you could improve on slightly, while over all your anatomy is quite good, something I found unfortunately off-putting was where you implied her elbows are, especially since her arms aren't bent in much, the elbows should be much further down, right around the point where the legs meet the body. Other than that though, there weren't really any major issues that stuck out to me. You may want to look into refining how the fabric fold, and possibly giving the hair a bit more volume, but overall this piece is really quite good. Good job, I hope you continue to grow and improve, and have a wonderful rest of your day.
