I kept the drawing sketchy based on a personal preference.
I love sketchy style, but I also love colored lines. So there has to be a happy medium...which I am going to play with this week. I also painted the clouds in my last piece all tam tams go to heaven more painterly, which I have not really done in photoshop since I was in high school. I addressed it again here. Im not really diggin the softer coloring style. Tho I did want to do it, however, I believe a softer looking cell painting style is really where Im headed next.

I always crave feedback on the sketchy style. I like how the sketches look, and i always fear i loose something when I clean them up or ink them. they seem more stiff. so i like knowing someone out there likes that specifically and i am not alone in my thoughts.
and thanks for noticing the raster background. i wanted to use it a few times more but was afraid it seemed like a cop out.

You could always go for a best-of-both-worlds approach by inking it, but keeping the sketches on top as an extra layer.

detail wise i did the best I could with what i was given from the other persons work. i do admit i could have done more with no doubt. but at the same time it was not something i wanted to invest alot of time in.
as for the design it also goes to the person listed in the description.
other then what is shown here i cant really take credit for the rest.
i typically presume the word attempt means "u tried u fail try again" its my fault that i assumed the negative conotation, then again im also sleep deprived and may be over analyzing so sorry if it took to much stock into this or took it in a negative light when it wasnt ment to be.
