This is a species of bird that can mostly be found in the northern parts of Australia, the Red-Tailed Black Cockatoo can usually be found in Eucalyptus Woodlands or along water courses where usually stick together in large flocks. They are seed eaters that feed on both native as well as introduced grains/seeds but have a preference to the seeds of Eucalyptus Trees. They are Cavity-Nesters which means that they depend on trees with large diameters which again usually end up being Eucalyptus Trees. These birds are given their name sake due to the males of the species having two red panels at the bottom of their tail feathers.
