Looks quite fake, but it's got potential.
Blend the rock in the front in more, using a Gaussian blur or smudge tool and the same for the houses on the right hand side near back.

going from left to right, I will number the buildings 1-4, 4 being the big temple. Building 3 looks to me like it should be a bit smaller, while building 4 looks like it needs to be a fair bit larger. tilt 4 a few degrees to the right, and as far as size, to me it feels like it would be just about right if the spire on top was just behind the branch by a little bit if that makes sense.

yes absolutely! I have a whole bunch of ideas! perhaps a nightingale on the roof of the mille on? and a turtle perhaps in the front with its head up the water? mayve some moss on the roofs to make it look older? and perhaps something mysterious in the lake in the background? the tale of a mermaid? only visible for the one looking closely.
