"It will snow... It will snow... It will snow... "Well, it didn't so far. My native town is the kind to receive its load of snowstorms and extreme low temperatures at this time of year, being located on the 48th parallel and all, but it looks like winter took a season off this time! The temperature issue is not that much of a deal to me, but the snow thing is. Because we get rain instead. And I hate rain.
Well, I hope it's not the beggining of the end for the winter as we know it. I know some people will be happy to see snow disappear, but I know I won't.
Now that it's off my chest, let's get to the picture! For the specs : handdrawn, scanned, coloured in Photoshop using that technique I used on my two previous pictures. It looks more appropriate to me to use it on an illustration of this kind rather than the same ol' cell-shading. What do you think?

Well, at least you get snow. All we ever get here in Los Angeles during the winter time is cold winds,cloudy skies,and rain. The only time it ever snowed in L.A happened two years ago. (witch was the most exiting thing that ever happened to us until the snow melted into rain witch was a little disappointing

Yeah I understand it must be quite amazing when you get snow in the south. But in the north, it ranges from being "great" (in the beginning of the season) to a total disaster (read: when we get like 15 inches of snow and the traffic is jammed because of the accidents).

Probably. But this year was the complete opposite of last year (the pic was done last year) : we've got TONS of snow this year, and quite early in the season, too! We had something like 4 or 5 storms which brought the amount of snow we usually have in February or so. I fear, for the rest of the winter.

This is great. I grew up in the Buffalo, NY, area, where we have LOTS of snow, (a plethora, if you will), but there are some days in the late winter where we get a muddy mess like this.

Yeah. Even thought it's colder at our place, it always end up like this, upon April arrival. That's funny we had a taste of this in mid-January, now it looks nothing like it, if I look through the window (I'd wish to, though, I'm getting tired of the cold weather, personally)

Haha, that's nice, a dirt man. Pretty much what my yard looks like right now. Though I can't say I'm complaining about the warmer weather, I really love this drawing. It looks super-smooth for a hand-drawn scan, too!
