Description A step-by-step guide for creating the effect of a light behind frosted, textured glass in Procreate (though I imagine this process would work for any digital art program with similar capabilities, such as GIMP and Photoshop). This also works if you're painting stained glass! Just duplicate the lead lines layer and give the duplicate a slight gaussian blur. Here's an example:
