Well I made it by editing clothing. I got an old black long sleeve T-shirt and a Old blue T-shirt with this fitted part at the bottom (I don't know how to describe it but they both were in my size) and cut the Blue T-shirts top half off. \(>u<)/ I then turned the T-shirt upside down and placed it against the black T-shirt so the bottom of the T-shirt would be the top of the blue section of the dress. Then I cut the part of the Blue shirt I had left into strips and hand sewed them back onto the T-shirt to form the layers at the bottom but with the sides folded over when sewing so it looks smooth.o-o I then made the symbol in the middle with so spare black material I had. Then I sewed the blue section to the black T-shirt. After that I sewed the symbol on top. Then I took an old jumper and turned it inside out (where this fluffy white fabric was) and cut it into 2 long strips which I sewed at the sides of the dress. Then I was done(I did it a pretty weird way o-o) I hope this was helpful in some way xD and made some sense. (I don't really know how to explain it well xD)
