The really aggravating thing was that Citizen V was being promoted as part of the All-New, All-Different Marvel initiative, and then he never showed up. At all. Not even in theΒ Bucky/Winter Soldier-ledΒ Thunderbolts spinning out of Avengers Standoff. Thank you (sarcasm fully unintended) for reminding me of such wasted potential, though I'm sure it would be a lot better in your hands.
