Given the show's theme, I always felt that Dick Dastardly was the wackiest racer. After all, he had the most interest to the viewer in every episode. He may not have won the race itself, but he was definitely wacky.

I never knew where Dick Dastardly was actually from, but I loved wacky races.
That show was boss.
That seriously captures his character, I particularly like the mustache angled slightly different than the mouth.
Muttley is also sort of intimidating back there
