Read this comic, all I can say is that the Cody x Ryu scene got me 
As fun as this scene is, I think Poison should have more flirtatious with Cody, the plot mentions Poison liking him where here she just sees him as the enemy that she hates with everything.
Great comic overall, Cody's one of my favorite characters. ^-^

There was really never any significant buildup between these two. Capcom still wants to tease its fans and say that Poison is a transy. If that's the case, I hope they ditch her and make Roxanne the highlight because she's actually a normal female xD

Personally, even though my previous response may initially indicate otherwise, I find it sexy as hell she's a TG. But I've always loved the idea of a man turning into a hot, sexy lady. Just as long as it ain't me.

Unfortunately, thanks to all of Capcom's bullshit tomfuckery, Poison will always be a TG according to the official canon. We can only really consider her a girl on an unofficial level but if you're dealing with the official storyline, she's a transgender.
Love it or leave it.
And as for her anatomical hyper-feminity, well...such a radical transformation could easily be accomplished with a sex change, plastic surgery, breast implants, and a shit load of hormones. And vocal training, of course. For the feminine voice.
And the earlier a boy starts, the more passable the end results tend to be. So with that in mind, it's highly probable Poison started his glorious transformation into the beautiful goddess he is today at a very young age.
So yeah. She's come a long way, baby.
