Another exceptional job. Read above where you didn't like Wings... Think you might like a nurbs based modeler... Try the demo of Rhino3d, to some of us, this type of modeling is much easier and seems more natural... Academic discounts can reduce the price considerably if you are a student - or know a student. The academic version is identical to the retail... btw. Version 3 is out now, so might be able to find version 2 which I still use, on EBay at a good price - but would check the demo first. Some just can't get there head around nurbs...
Wish you success if you go 3d, but with your skills, the only advantage I see, is that once you have a model made, changing angles, and composition is easier, then having to rework an image in 2d... other then that you do better then most modelers. Success to you.

Thank you first of all. I'm downloading Rhino 3D Demo right now. I really would love to get into 3D. I'm still in owe when I see amazing 3D modelings. I'm hoping to get a job soon and save up to buy Rhino and 3D Max. I'm also looking into Maxwell Render which looks very impressive for rendering.

If you have any questions on Rhino, drop me a note... here when I can be, so might be a day or so before answering though... Also check the tuts out on the Rhino site. A few simple commands are the ones used 90 percent of the time... the rest, well when needed. Luck and success to you.

Nope, it was 100% made in photoshop. from the design of the throwing star to the rendering of it and the background and lighting.

Thank you!! I really respect 3D artists and I've always been interested in 3D. Since I can't do the real thing right now, I have to fake it. Thanks again!
