Quick Sketch I did at, roughly, about 2am. Oddly enough, I find myself more artistic around those hours. LOL. Vampire? I hope not. XD
Random sketch of a girl, coz I find drawing ladies easier than drawing gents- subtle curves, that is. XD
I named this lady Audrey because when I saw the finished picture, it just screams Audrey in my head or some reason. LOL.

I think its because you're not too busy fussing over small details that you normally would when you're fully awake. I find that I'm better at blending and coloring at that time too because I can see what works better with what. <3
