I think Skyra is just a placeholder name for her. She is a pegasus background pony with the same color scheme as Lyra.They are now sisters in my headcannon. Since Lyra is obsessed with humans and hands Skyra is obsessed with feet.
Also I forgot to shade Skyra's tail, I'll do it later.
