A gift (early Christmas?
) for .The idea had been floating around in my head since September, and I even made a preliminary sketch in my school planner. She sent me the song "Let me Be Your Armor" by Assemblage 23 a while ago and while listening to it on the bus for a good month this image just wouldn't go away. It's her boy, Marthuse, possessed by his demon. The demon offers him protection and everything he could ask for, but he's also using Marthuse as a tool and cares more about control than actual good intent :/
I tried to make Marthuse look both...happy? Thankful? In a sort of demented way, but also pained and tormented. I know he doesn't think of his affliction as a burden, it was just an interpretation, and I hope you're okay with that <333

I'm so glad you like it ;_; I gave it more of a darker theme instead of having Marthuse be "o hai :>". That's just how I felt when I was sitting on the bus (wow, what a great reason xD) I had a lot of fun making this!
