SOLD to FreckledRavenI needed to draw a portrait of Bleu so here he is!
My edges
He's where he's happiest: the beach -> water
Basically, Kia took him to the beach as a pit stop on their quest for the Black Pearl. When she took off his tack and motioned for him to run around, his ears picked up, his head lifted and he looked in the direction of the nearest wave. She just managed to capture a picture before he took off and a mad gallop and jumped into the wave. He continued to run out of the water and jump back into waves, for hours, repeatedly.

Can I ask - are you using a mouse when drawing or do you have tablet? I assume mouse. I could give you one advise for the edges, if you work in photoshop. Try to use PEN tool to make nice and sharp edges, smooth curves or even straight lines. Maybe it would be easier for you to learn how to work with pen tool and after just make some shades on it.
If you are interested, there are lots of tutorials how to work with the pen, but I can also give you some hints 
(ps: sorry for useless comment if you work with tablet)

I'm using my trackpad on my laptop. I feel like using a mouse has less control I don't use photoshop D: But I can try and use the pen that I have on sketchbook

Yeah no problem! I dont know what pen does the sketchbook have, but I hope it works the same way (you can do vector graphic with it for example, its all about curves and lines)
Hmm... I feel the opposite way, touchpad is not so accurate for me, moreover when you work a lot on touchpad, it quickly becomes realy warm or even hot and I dont like that. But of course, if you are more comfortable with it, why not...
