I was watching South Park last night, more specifically "the ring" episode, where Mickey Mouse made his appearance, I always found very funny how Mickey as the Disney owner was a nasty money-hungry boss, so I thought "What would the owner of Nickelodeon or Viacom look like in this show?", and well, this is the result, given that Spongebob is a iconic cartoon just like Mickey

True, I didn't like the real Mickey Mouse from Disney universe, as well in his South Park style form, Bugs Bunny could do better job than him, Mickey Mouse/Disney lost to Bugs Bunny/Warner Bros, so Mickey Mouse and Disney get fired
