A birthday vector of Milla Jovovich for Zion, my classmate and "Island bro" from Guam.

This was a WIP for several months, back when I was doing the Fiona Apple vexel.

Changed hair colour, made background and touched up colours in Photoshop. Everything else done in Flash 8. Originally this was done using the line tool, then switched to the pencil tool to finish it. Could be noticeable where I picked up from recently.

Referenced from an official photoshoot, I will find out which one it is ASAP.
