Well, since the splash got some attention, I'd figured I should share the rough concept of its' design that I used for the splash.I didn't really bother to polish or render out this one cuz it wasn't really necessary. Just did enough for it to be used in its' splash. And also, you might notice that there are slight differences between the concept and the final illustration- I made the changes on the spot when I did the render. :-l lol. But overall should be the same.

Hey clinthennesy, I love this Syndra this is the best skin of Syndra I've ever seen!!! Is there any possibility that you put that skin (with the dds file and the power color and effect change) for download in leaguecraft? Because I think this would have millions of downloads! This skin is awesome!!

Interesting concept. Gives a sort of "undead" feeling with the way the bones are exposed, which combined with the tribal getup she has on makes her seem like a zombie-shaman from the voodoo religion (the original zombie). I like it, though I'd recommend you to cover the bones if you ever want it to be seriously considered by Riot (you know what happened to Karthus don't you?); exposed flesh and muscles, unusual materials that scarcely resemble the skeleton or flowing blood that keeps the limbs together would be a good idea.

Haha. I was trying to think about the whole no blood thing. I was somewhat "limited" to the whole detaching spine from the lower body cuz of the monster it's based off.

It's not that we don't dig the bones, it's just that there's a certain country where they're forbidden.
Anyways, the blood is something that's essential to the character so it's okay even if you go overboard with it and have limbs made entirely out of blood (for example). If the blood doesn't cut it then simply exposed muscle tissue should do it.
Now, as far as the spine goes I really, REALLY like how it looks with it, so my advice would be to replace it with something else that looks similar, be it almost indistinguishable or barely similar, but it's not bone; it could be tree branches, feathers, iron, stone, etc.
Just my few cents to add, so you can listen to them or ignore them if you wish to.
I still like the concept though, so please don't change it too much.
