Yeah I said "screw it" when I got to the background. I also didn't want to overpower the detail of the Peophin itself.

*EDIT* Well crap, it got accepted for a random day. Now I have to enter something else for Peophin Day. Entering early wasn't a good idea.

It's not a brush, the only way to get it is by letting your pet swim in the pool in Moltara. There's a 10 minute window when the guard falls asleep and you can sneak past. I can't find my window
