This is forst of all, so adorable!! The 3D effect on the upper part is really trippy and cool! ^^
If I had anything to say, "to nitpick," is that the skirt feels a bit drawn on in front of the character, rather than being attached. Maybe showing a bit of the back of it peeking out below the front, would give a feeling of depth. I also see that it doesn't follow the curve of the hip. unless that hip is a bit swollen on that side and just jumps out. Other than these two really not that important things, I think she looks like a gem, so cute and full of personality! The hands and the shoes look awesome, and I draw attention to these since they can be hard to get right. ^^

I understand your critique and I can really agree. I been having a hard time with flowly skirts. Dresses are fine but skirts and figuring out where to put of the depth of it.
But next time I'll make sure to do a little more research and work bett r on the skirt and the hip too. I didn't go off any pose and just went with a sketch.
But thank you for the critique, it helps me be a better artist and to improve myself ♡♡♡♡
