General Info/Background: Dinky lives with her elderly owner in a quiet neighborhood not too far from Valentine's neighborhood. When she first moved there, the other cats were pretty skeptical by her due to being a bit to direct with her friendliness, but quickly grown used to her.
She lives next door to Mistletoe and the two are very close friends. She also took care of Timmy in secret after she found him rummaging through her owner's garbage cans late one night- seeing as he was nearly on the brink of starvation. She took him in and gave him shares of her food until he grew big enough to take care of himself for the most part. Despite Timmy insisting that he is fine, Dinky still likes to baby him from time to time. She is also very protective of Valentine and Summer- viewing them as family, especially with Timmy's crush on Valentine which she supports fully. She is the only one who seems to like Valentine's horrid singing. She says darling after every other sentence.
She isn't currently aware of Mistletoe and Zandra's fued, nor is she aware of Zandra casually flirting with her.
Additional Info/Fun Facts:
While her size may fool some, she has a high amount of energy.
Various types of fish are her favorite food, she prefers it over anything despite not being very picky with the food given to her.
Has a soft spot for classical music.

Finally, my bearded lady cat gets a ref.

One reason why I can't hate G3 Rainbow Dash since that is what sparked her personality in the first place. Sort of. (But please don't turn this into a pony discussion.) Yes, her and Timmy do share a lot of the same characteristics. Without Dinky, poor little Timmy wouldn't even be alive today.
