If I remember correctly, there was only one character, ONE character who could make Goku shit his pants.And that's Chi-Chi / Milk, Goku's wife xD
She used to kick ass when she was a little girl / teenager; and I also love her design
She was cute, strong, and funny too sometimes. A really cool character at the beginning of Dragon Ball series.
....And then, she got married and she became one of my most hated characters of any series.
Damn you Akira! xD You transformed her into an annoying, whiny, boring wife (bitch),
who always complains and complains like a pro. Luckily, she was still funny sometimes when she was angry at Goku.
Imagine how awesome would be, if she was training with her family and still kicking asses.
My heart would explode of excitement.
Oh well, this is just a silly idea about Goku's worst nightmare and "enemy". Good Luck Goku xD
You know what they say:

No problem. And I do too. She is just incredible in the mangas and the such, but put her in an animated show with an incredibly annoying personality being butchered, then she's annoying.

To be fair, most of her worst moments are anime-only. She doesn't come across as being half as bitchy in the manga.
Besides I think Bulma's complaining and whining is worse, particularly during the Namek Saga. She complains... even when lives are at stake.
