Description
This is my 4th fav Pokemon, Lugia. i loved Lugia for it's looks and for it's type. This is the coolest legendary that is made (at least for now). I could've worked on the background better but I did this late last night and was tired and did not have any time this morning.Only two more Pokemon to go everybody and they will be better then any of the other one's.
