Aside from defying all laws of nature, I love it. You are the only person who has ever been able to draw man-babies and mpreg that I can even stand. Heck, you and Tavalya both do great stuff!
I think this and your other Jack picture are great because they show sides of Jack that we never see. Sides that he'd only show to people he really cares about. I also love how, even though Omi's so much smaller, he's so much stronger emotionally than Jack, and looks like he's ready to bear all of his pain.

Nope. Once the Girdle of Life is activated, the wearer need only touch someone to absorb their DNA and create a baby. Jack activated the Wu not knowing what it did, and Chase (who had wanted the Wu to get himself pregnant with Omi's baby) threw Omi at Jack, thus getting Jack pregnant with Omi.
