How do you make it work? i moved the files to the location C:\Windows\Resources\Themes, the same place where Aero is at, but it gives the error " Error Loading Theme
The theme could not load because one of the needed theme files could not be found. This can happen with themes that are not installed or authored correctly. you should verify that the wallpaper, screensaver, icons, sounds, and other files are in the correct location.
Theme: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Elegant GRAY.theme"

GOOD!
For me , for now the only annoying thing is the systray bottom bars... i have disabled superbar with big icons and i see tabbed program docked to the up of the systray and not centered.. not easy to explain with words, if someone can upload a picture maybe is better ^_^;;;
Maybe try to put that plastic effect on all the systray not just on the buttons 
There is also a glith using Firefox with glasser.. but i will manage it so it's ok.
