i quite like the contrast of the mixed messages this Mistress makes. She is all bedight in the purity of white like a noble Arthurian, Lady Lake. Yet she has this crimson corruption coursing across the threshold of her lip, as if she has just been up to something lurid and lawless beneath the lilies. Perhaps these inherent paradox's of things pure and things possibly perverse speak much of the ingrained nature of this unique manifestation of things Feminine and darkly Divine.
