Name: Naomi Franklin

Appearance: Average height, slim build, dark-skinned African-American, brown eyes, shoulder length light brown hair with bangs covering her left eye. Main outfit is a pair of small gold hoop earrings, blue hooded coat with light blue fluff around the wrists, brim of the hood, and bottom of the coat, yellow t-shirt under coat, skinny black jeans, and black and white striped high-heeled boots. Commonly seen chewing bubble gum.

Personality: Naomi is normally a calm, quiet, and positive person, but has low tolerance for annoying and obnoxious people. She is greatly concerned with how others perceive her, even appearing vain to some, and tends to take it personally if someone whose opinion she respects doesn’t like her.

Abilities/Equipment: Naomi is able to use a range of different psychic powers.

Telepathy- Can see into the thoughts of others or talk with others through thought. Requires her to concentrate on a specific person and does not work in chaotic situations.
Telekinesis- Allows her to levitate items.
Psychic Blast- A offensive blast of psychic energy.
Barrier- A defensive barrier in the form of an energy bubble.
Brainshock- A blast of psychic energy that resembles a light purple lightning bolt that temporarily scrambles the senses of the person hit.
Bombshell- Naomi charges up and throws a ball of psychic energy that explodes shortly after being released. Can be canceled out if she is interrupted.
Psy Meteor- Naomi's strongest attack. Charges up a ball of psychic energy and throws it into the sky. It charges with more energy as it falls back down and crashes to the earth.

Background: A senior-year drama student at a performing arts high school in Grind City, Naomi developed psychic powers shortly after turning 14, with so few people like her in the city (and most of those that are being part of one of the city's most infamous gangs), she decided that the best course of action was to train herself in secret how to use them.

However, the Cubi Rogues gang eventually found out about her powers. The gang decided to kidnap her to force her to work for them, but the intensity of the situation caused her power to surge and she broke herself out. Since then, she has decided to fight against the gangs so that what almost happened to her doesn't happen to anyone else.
