Mako The Little Mermaid [2 November 1970 – 9 September 1971]Mahō no Mako-chan (魔法のマコちゃん Mahou no Mako chan, lit. Magical Mako) is a Japanese anime series by Toei Animation. The story is loosely based on the Hans Christian Andersen tale The Little Mermaid. The series has been dubbed into various languages including French, Spanish, Polish and Italian. It is also often known as Mako The Little Mermaid, Mako the Mermaid, Mako-chan’s Magic, Syrenka Mako,Magical Mako-chan and Ginny in the Italian version.

Very sweet! This reminds me of the cartoons I watched when I was little! There was a Mermaid in a cartoon called "Marine Boy", her name was "Neptina".

I had a lot of old tapes and there was this cartoon, I used to know nothing about anime and therefore called everything cartoons
