The man who gave me my pain in the ass cat, passed away. He had been battling cancer probably before covid.
He was a great man and a good friend.
He owned a mom and pop shop with his wife. Brian loved to hunt and fish, so normally I would have a boat or a rifle for the picture but since he gave that orange fuzz ball, sleeping near my Christmas tree.

I've known him for most of my life. He was a very kind soul but also extremely sarcastic lol
We always talked sports, life and hunting.

I really miss those conversations and I wished, I coulda said goodbye. After his cancer came back. I haven't seen him almost in four years.
I just learned about his passing today.

He even protected his wife, when they were robbed. Scared the guy, when Brian showed up with a large butcher knife.
Oh yeah, I forgot, Brian was a butcher.

Eventually they had come across a stray pregnant cat and after catching her. Brian asked me adopting one.
He would always ask about my cat. I even brought him to the store and Brian's wife kept hugging him.

And No, they wouldn't take the fuzz ball back lol

I'm glad he isn't suffering anymore, Four years of cancer is no joke.

But he lived a good life, had a loving family, had his own business and was a beloved member of the community.

And was a good friend.
