just a meandering character concept that I've had and was able to pin down finally. A mysterious rogue-like character named Whisper, but who is better known as Wisp. She's never harmed anyone (intentionally) and hasn't commited any crimes, she just kinda, wisps around lolHave no idea what I'll end up using her for, maybe I'll add her to the DnD campaign that I'm writing. Who know really.
