While Acid Rain is in effect, all Pokémon that have neither the Ghost-type or the Poison-type are damaged 1/16 of their maximum HP at the end of each turn. The moves Synthesis, Morning Sun, and Moonlight will recover only half as much HP as under clear conditions.
New Weather Condition:

Acid Rain will last Five turns when created by Acid Rain, or Eight if the user is holding a Gooey Rock. New Status Condition:
Withered
A withered Pokémon loses 10% of their maximum HP every turn. Ghost-type Pokémon are immune to this status condition. This status condition ignores status immunities due to abilities (i.e. Pokemon with Magic Guard can be damaged by the Withered status).
New Item:
Meteor Stone: A iron-rich stone that fell from the sky. It makes certain Pokemon evolve.
Gooey Rock: An item to be held by a Pokémon. It extends the duration of the move Acid Rain when used by the holder.
