holy!, very nice comments, ahahahahh it has been like 2 years or more since i did it, when i was still experimenting the art of design... i think i got a lil better... lets see if i get some time in my hands to show u guys some new skillz.

JFreak Is right. I've been reading about color corrections on fleshtones. The effect gives her a diseased complextion, though the effect would look cool to fade it in to the eye. Maybe make a gradient mask of the pattered layer up to the focal point (eye). Otherwise great composition.
