Somehow, I imagine that's solely because he's an Earth Pony.

Actually, this makes me want to refresh what Bullseye's S.P.E.C.I.A.L. was. A moment...
S6 P7 E7 C4 I4 A6 L6... and Bullseye's a Unicorn, so she doesn't really even need to do all that much lifting!

Nah, he's kinda weak for an earth pony. Doc's more geared for mental attributes.

Well, I certainly couldn't give Bullseye more Intelligence, because she's basically an uncultured Wasteland hick that has to learn all her survival lessons the hard way. It's a wonder she's even still around by this point, truth be told, but you can't normally have a value above 10 in any one attribute with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system (with the exception of some decent bonuses, and even then, I'm not sure if they carry over 10 in the Fallout: Equestria setting).
