Description Clade: Dinosauria
Suborder: Theropoda
Family: Tyrannosauridae
Subfamily: Tyrannosaurinae
Genus: Nordulvirgam
Species: N.frigus
The main predator of the Polaris. A (comparatively) small Tyrannosaur that is notable for its shortened face, which gives it the nickname "Hell Owl", but other nicknames include "Short Faced Tyrant" and "The Czar". They hunt in family packs to take down prey, especially Polaris. Hell Owls despite the name are not often considered a threat on their own as they stay away from people. Sometimes they can be seen playing in snow in the winter, much like birds that roll in the snow, young Hell Owls are often hatched in the summer, where they actually go through a quick growth spurt to allow for easier survival in the winter. Pterosapiens often view the "Nquiara" as a warrior symbol of the North.
