Guess who's at Disneyland!

Up until the 90's I'm sure, there used to be crazy events in Disneyland (If you don't count the Disneyland 60 thing, which wasn't even IN Disneyland.). If you go back, there was Disneyland After Dark, performers including the Osmonds and Louis Armstrong. There was also Disneyland's Summer Vacation Party in 1986 with appearances from Adam Ant, Oingo Boingo, Kenny Loggins, ELO, The Bangles, and even Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld. YES, JAY LENO AND JERRY SEINFELD AT DISNEYLAND. And that's only a small sample of the performances there that night!

And you know how they have Season of the Force at Disneyland and Disney/MGM Studios and formerly Star Wars Weekends at the latter?

With Haunted Mansion Holiday at Disneyland, I want to do something similar, but instead of Star Wars, it focuses on Tim Burton's entire filmography. Even the films he only produced. There could be cast and crew appearances at places like French Market, meet and greets with many of Burton's characters and various add-ons to Haunted Mansion Holiday.

For the opening ceremony, I'd want it to be bigger than Summer Vacation '85. Some of the major names in Goth/New Wave/Punk music would perform, including The Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Depeche Mode, Evanescence, Sting/The Police, Oingo Boingo (Because Danny Elfman.) and possibly Meat Loaf. Even artists that do World music would perform as well, including Phil Collins and Peter Gabriel. And while they're at it, a tribute to Prince since he wrote the songs for Batman.

How's that?
