EDIT Made some slight changes as far as the lighting goes and made it wallpaper-ish
Wow...Having issues titling this lol I feel like it's missing something >.> Maybe some theater/HD bars...
Anyway, this is how the story kinda goes; like any relationship, these two weren't always so close. They had to build up to that <.<; I haven't decided on whether or not they were settling a bet or just following their feelings (Hers lol) but they FOUGHT. This is the aftermath.
I'm really happy with how this came out. At the last second, I had the epiphany to actually USE THE BRUSHES in PS OTL; So I threw some dirt on em. Didn't really wanna thrash their suits tho (pain in the butt orz) Still, I feel that there is something missing...be it words or the HD Bars I mentioned earlier. It'll come to me. OH scratched her sword...it was just awkward -__-;

What program do you use? I use Paint.net but I've never been able to figure out how to use brushes for shading.

I use PhotoshopCS3. It kinda donned on me to actually experiment with it more and play with the effects. Plus, you can work with tons of layers of color just to add more and more dimension. You can download free trial versions of Photoshop from the Adobe website
