Wanda is a Fairy that appeared in Mario & Wario. [Which was only Released in Japan] in this Game. Wario threw a Bucket on top of Mario's Head. and it's up to the Player to Control Wanda by using the SNES Mouse. she will guide Mario to Luigi. who will take the Bucket off of Mario's Head. After this Game. Wanda was Never seen again. she did made an Appearance as a Spirit in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. but other than that. she hasn't made any other appearance since her Debut.Related content

My favorite Smash Spirits. I definetly use it for any character that has Magic for increasing Magic Attacks like mainly Ness.
