Old Man Vance currently works as the crew chief for Commander Azuma's band of pirates. He is in charge of supervising aircraft, seacraft and mech maintenance and ordnance. Despite pushing his early 60's, he is easily a decade or two younger in terms of physical condition and health.He has a rather gruff demeanor, though deep down inside he cares for everyone else.
