"Long as your home by midnight," she said in a hushed tone.
"What wuz that?" He asked as the bustle formed.
"Nothin nothin! You'll have fun!"

Also looked at your art. It's pretty good. Your lines are a little shaky, but that's fine. Your coloring is good, and your panel choice is very well thought out, so kudos.

The shake in the lines should go away in time, I use a tablet for inking (ever since every one of my inking pens died...), and I'm just learning how to use it.

Why is it always midnight. "I hate that cliche! *gunfires right in someone's foot*" That has to be the oldest cliche ever. It's used in every fairy tale about a princess just like "We'll head em off at the pass!" is used in every cowboy movie (or at least most of them. after all, there were cowboy movies after Blazing Saddles was made).
