Aw thank you so much baby! Ya I use Sai cause I really don't want to spend a lot of money on something else. Even though sometimes I wish I could have photoshop! But thats only because I want to erase the background which I don't think you can do on sai..... Well my secret is the markers tool!))

Oh but you can!! the latest version of sai allows you to save it as a png where the background is gone. [link] here's the link if you want it UvU the marker tool... I should have known I can't use the marker tool to save my life lol
