Happy Father's Day!
Now what kind of child would I be if I didn't honor my father on Father's Day with a lovely little photo of us in cosplay?
To be honest I was really torn as to what photos to post, there are so many HILARIOUS pictures of the two of us being total idiots in our cosplay. My dad is a true kid at heart, the most playful, silly, comforting, guy I know. He also likes it when the house is clean and can't stand it when we don't do the dishes. .... Which reminds me, I should really go do that before he gets home from the store. It IS his day after all. No need for him to do the dishes. ;') BUT TOMORROW-- That's another story. haha.
Anyways, I chose a picture of his Fujimoto cosplay becuase it's where we actually cosplayed a FAMILY. I thought it was pretty special. ♥ (plus I kinda go a little crazy over his Fujimoto cosplay... I think it suits him well)
I love my dad so much and even though at times his playful nature can rub me the wrong way when I need some seriousness, I am truly blessed to have a father like him. I wouldn't ask for him in any other way than he is! So this is for you, dad. You're awesome, such a hard worker, I was SO STOKED when you and mom decided to start cosplaying with me, I love you, and I'll do the dishes for you now. ;') ♥

What a sweetheart! Your dad makes the best Fujimoto I've ever seen! The costumes are well done and it's really nice to hear mine isn't the only one who cosplays together! You ought to get him to grow a little bit of a beard of his own though - he'd be even more perfect in the role!

Actually in our case, it's mom who cosplays with us - she's great at making the costumes too, but we haven't found a character she fits as well as your dad fits Fujimoto!

BUT I AGREE. It would be much better than that slab of hair we stuck on his chin. HAHA. He had other characters he was cosplaying the day before that didn't have a beard though. So that's why we went with the fake one. xD

I can't even really tell him you get to shoot stuff. The conversation would go like this:
Me: Hey dad, you should play Zelda!
Dad: Is it like CoD?
Me: Well...you can shoot stuff.
Dad: Are the guns cool?
Me:....Actually you shoot stuff with a slingshot.
Dad: Oh. Isn't Zelda the dude who runs around in tights?
Me: No dad, that's Link, and they aren't always tights.
Dad: ....okay.
Me: So will you try it?
Dad: eh.
And then he'd go try to play CoD lol he isn't too good at it though he likes to pretend he is I think hahaha
