To be honest, it's just a really cheap cotton for the shirt. The pants were a stretch fabric that you would find in the dance-wear section of a fabric store. ^^

I actually made the wig. But I bought all of the pieces from a site called Amphigory.com. It's three different pieces, a short wig, a pony-tail hair extension, and then some separate hair wefts for the front.

I made the necklace out of a stiff felt material that I painted white with fabric paint.
